Our teachers are recruited for their experience, friendliness and enthusiasm. All of our teachers are ASA qualified and most have been with us for a number of years. All teachers are either National Pool Lifeguard qualified or hold the National Rescue test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches award.

New teachers are expected to work with and observe our teachers before they are employed with us. To ensure our classes continue to be of an excellent standard, our teachers are regularly observed by management making sure the company's programme is being followed and is consistent.

We believe we are all constantly learning and improving, opportunites are provided for the staff to continue thier professional develop through seminars, courses and observations of each other.

Each term we ask parents for their feedback on the teachers and for their input on how we can improve.
