Seals Swimming Lesson Structure
Which class suits my child?
Seals Swimming's ability groups enable children to receive tuition that is relevant to their capabilities. Children progress quicker if they are in the class that suits their age and ability. We expect a pupil to move up at least one class level every two terms.

The Lessons
Swimming is a life skill that can be enjoyed at all ages throughout our lives, it is beneficial to your children's health and development and could save a life.
Children progress quickly if they are in a class that is relevent to their age and ability. Our lessons aim at improving confidence, technique and stamina. We also incorporate plenty of fun during the lesson.

Crash Courses
An excellent introduction to swimming lessons.
Many of the children begin to swim during the week's crash course. Crash courses are very useful if your child is nervous or frightened or is having difficulty during their normal lessons. Our crash courses are designed to help and to give the children fun in the water.
